The Red Cross (ICRC) has evacuated four foreign citizens from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Armenia office.
They had various chronic diseases, and they had turned to the help of the organization.
The staff of the ICRC applied to respective foreign representative offices and several other organizations to transfer them.
