In connection with the situation in the Republic of Artsakh, business entities should establish a surcharge of up to 15% for all products received from the state reserve, said State Commission for the Regulation of Public Services and Economic Competition.

The enterprises that charge higher selling prices will be subsequently deprived of the supply of goods.
