The Ombudsman of Artsakh sent a letter to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, the Executive Director of UNICEF and representatives of other international organizations engaged in the protection of human rights.

The Ombudsman addressed the humanitarian crisis caused by Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh.

The Human Rights Defender pointed out that the inaction of the international community, which leads to a gross violation of the fundamental rights of tens of thousands of people, is unacceptable.

He urged to move from condemnation to concrete targeted steps.
