YEREVAN. – Armenian unfair judicial system implemented another political order of the regime against one of the most famous Armenian free media, Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Time) newspaper, oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) statement reads. 

“The order illegally satisfied three judicial cases of oligarch-authorities: Samvel Aleksanyan, Ruben Hayrapetyan and Levon Sargsyan by defining AMD 6 million fines for the newspaper.

ANC condemns the decision and states that it is a cynic and mean step ordered by the regime to stop the free speech, particularly the activity of the oppositional newspaper. The newspaper published report based on Russian sources, which later confirmed information,” the statement reads. 

ANC calls its supporters and readers of the newspaper to actively participate in the donation and help to stand the newspaper’s bankruptcy that the regime aimed.
