MOSCOW. - Famous Russian businessman of Armenian origin, the head of Troika Dialogue Company Ruben Vardanyan is confident that all difficulties the business sphere faces in Armenia can be surmounted, reports Radio Liberty.
‘‘You meet so many Armenians in Moscow saying they would like to help Armenia, would like to make substantial investments but do not believe in safe business in Armenia. If they had the guarantee and faith that everything will go legally, they would be more active,’’ said Vardanyan.
He argued that everything depends on the person and one can always find a due excuse for not doing something.
‘‘Of course there are problems in Armenia and the conditions for business are not perfect at all but you can overcome all difficulties if you wish to, this is up to us to decide,’’ he stressed.
