Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is "the best country in the world," although there is work to be done, the Russian president said during a meeting of the supervisory board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, reports TASS.
"The best country in the world is Russia, but, really, we have work to do. And in order to work effectively, we need the most highly qualified personnel. This is the most important area of our work," he stressed.
