A draft federal law has been developed to introduce a regime of controlled stay for migrants, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said at a meeting, Interfax reported.
He said that an algorithm for exchanging information on revealed facts of fictitious migration registration has been developed and introduced.
"Measures have been taken to strengthen control over migration flows," Patrushev noted.
