The U.S. and its G7 partners are going to introduce a new large-scale package of sanctions against Russia on February 24 (the anniversary of the start of the conflict in Ukraine - ed.), the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.  She explained that the sanctions will affect the Russian military-industrial complex.

Restrictive measures will also be taken in the issue of supplies of high-tech equipment, Nuland noted.
