European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders said that the European Union has frozen assets of organizations and individuals from Russia for €21.5 billion to date.
He noted that the EU continues to work on the assets of the Russian Central Bank, a number of assets and transactions have been frozen, including the European depository Euroclear.
