Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has arrived with a visit to Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, NOS reported.

This morning, Rutte visited the Wall of Memory in the Ukrainian capital, where he laid a wreath. Later today he will visit Zelenskiy. The last time the Prime Minister visited Kyiv and the de-occupied Kyiv region was last July.

Reportedly, along with Rutte came to Ukraine Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands Liesje Schreinemacher.

After the meeting with Zelenskiy, Rutte and Schreinemacher will visit Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal. They will also visit the damaged energy facility.
