Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev began their meeting at the Munich Security Conference, with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in attendance, the press service of the Armenian government informed NEWS.am.
The Armenian Prime Minister's delegation also included Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and other officials.
Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev last met on October 31 in Sochi, mediated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
