YEREVAN. – By the order of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, and marking the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence, Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Vladimir Gasparyan is granted the rank of Lieutenant General, Presidential Press Office informed Armenian News.NEWS.am.
In addition, several commanders, officers, rank-and-file soldiers, and Karabakh war veterans are awarded the Military Service Medal.
