The EU observer mission to Armenia was officially approved by EU Foreign Ministers in Brussels, Dutch Ambassador to Armenia Nico Schermers tweeted.
"Mission in #EUMA officially approved in Brussels by Ministers of Foreign Affairs, its HQ officially opened today in #Yeghegnadzor. proud to contribute," he wrote.
The European Union sent a mission of 100 people to Armenia. The question of sending the mission arose after Azerbaijani aggression against Armenia in September 2022.
