Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a briefing that on February 16 the Norwegian government presented a five-year program of assistance to Ukraine, Moskovsky Komsomolets reported.
"Until 2027, Oslo, at the expense of the country's record oil and gas revenues, will allocate $7.5 billion to support Kyiv, including advanced weapons and military equipment," Zakharova said.
