YEREVAN. – Several hours have passed since the police have closed Armenian capital Yerevan’s Myasnikyan Avenue, and they are letting cars pass only after inspecting each of them. This is because a mass murder took place and the police are searching for the perpetrators. The still-continuing police inspection at Myasnikyan Avenue has caused a serious traffic jam, Armenian News-NEWS.am’s reporter informed from the scene.      

An operation is underway to neutralize the suspects of the serious crime at the mentioned area, Armenian Police Force Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Service did not provide other details. According to our information, several persons have been killed.
