The president of Azerbaijan expressed hope that the negotiations between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington will at least make visible progress, TASS reported.

"I hope that even if the negotiations in Washington do not bring results, they will at least make visible progress," Ilham Aliyev said on Wednesday at an international conference being held in the Azerbaijani-occupied Armenian city of Shushi in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
