It is nice to hear that after 4 days of constructive communication between Armenia and Azerbaijan, tangible progress has been made in Washington towards a lasting peace agreement. NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Javier Colomina, wrote on Twitter.

“Negotiations and dialogue is the only way. #NATO supports the normalisation of relations between our two partners [Armenia] and [Azerbaijan],” he said.
