Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and the chairman of the opposition Pakistan Movement for Justice party, was arrested on Tuesday by representatives of the Ministry of Interior in the building of the Islamabad High Court, reports Geo-TV.
Khan was arrested by a court order as part of the investigation into the misappropriation of the funds of Al Qadir Trust.
The former PM had arrived at the aforesaid court building to post bail in some other cases against him.
