YEREVAN. – Return of an outstanding political figure in the Armenian society is not excluded, political scientist, head of the Armenian branch of CIS Institute Aleksander Markarov told the journalists on Saturday commenting on the return of the Armenian second President Robert Kocharyan to big politics.

The first sample was Karen Demirchyan’s return to big politics, who managed to have significant supporters for a very short period of time. The second was Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s return in 2007. The third return in big politics should not be excluded as well. The prerequisites are electorate with enough trust and patience as well as institutional base for an organized work. In short it is a party structure, added the expert.

Besides he called to pay attention to the results of some social inquiries, though not all data are trustworthy, that so far no political party has announced to support Kocharyan.
