The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Human Rights Defender (ombudsman) on Monday published its updated trilingual special report on the violations of individual and collective human rights as a result of Azerbaijan's six-month (182-day) blockade of Artsakh.
A per the ombudsman’s office, the updated report presents comprehensive and detailed data on violations of seven individual rights, five vulnerable groups, and four collective rights, which reflect the deepening humanitarian crisis and the Azerbaijani genocidal policy against the people of Artsakh.
The report highlights some of the key facts about human rights violations caused by the aforesaid blockade.
