YEREVAN. - Armenia’s upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections will be marked by a sharp intrigue, marking the struggle of Armenia’s three presidents for the power, independent MP Viktor Dallakyan said at a parliament on Tuesday.
“All the three presidents actively participated in the Karabakh conflict. The intrigue is that on 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence the first President desires to regain his power lost in 1998, the second aspires revenge, while the third tries to resist despite everything,’ Dallakyan stated.
Parliamentary elections are scheduled in Armenia for May 2012, presidential elections will take place in February 2013.
