TBILISI. - About the sale of the main gas pipeline’s share package in Georgia connecting Russia and Armenia there is no political context. Georgia’s minister of energy and natural resources Alexander Khetaguri announced about this during the interview given to the Georgian Pirveli paper. According to his words, they will sell the share package to the Martians with pleasure if they were to offer more money.

The minister informed that no matter who will buy the shares, the control package will remain in the possession of Georgia.

“Only 24 percent of the shares will be sold,” Khateguri informed.

Georgia’s parliament will soon pass a bill about “Law of state property” which concerns the sale of strategic objects. After that they plan to sell the shares of railway and energetic system.
