Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Ion-Marcel Ciolacu on his election as the Prime Minister of Romania.
In the congratulatory message, it is said, in particular, that Armenia attaches great importance to the development of cooperation with Romania, both on bilateral and multilateral platforms, especially within the framework of the EU and in communication.
Also, the Armenian PM expressed his willingness to work with the new premier Romania in order to further expand and deepen the cooperation between the two friendly countries.
In addition, Pashinyan expressed confidence that the course of Ciolacu's tenure as the Romanian PM will be marked by the development of interstate relations and multi-sector cooperation based on shared values, cultural closeness, and strong historical friendship between the two countries, and noted that an important factor contributing to which is the Romanian Armenian community that bridges them.
