Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army soldiers Armo Abgaryan and Gagik Balayan, who died as a result of the latest Azerbaijani provocation, were laid to rest Friday in Artsakh.

Abgaryan and Balayan were both from Gishi village of the Martuni Region of Artsakh. Armo was 54 years old, Gagik was 36. They had volunteered for military service, and both had children.

Artsakh Defense Army soldiers Armo Abgaryan, Samvel Torosyan, Yervand Tadevosyan, and Gagik Balayan were killed Wednesday as a result of another Azerbaijani provocation.

Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that from 1:30am Wednesday, Azerbaijani armed forces’ units opened fire—from artillery—in the direction of the Armenian positions in the Martuni and Martakert Regions of Artsakh, also using drones. As a result, the Armenian side had four casualties.
