President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by his orders dated June 30, dismissed the chairmen of the district state administration in three regions, as well as four out of 10 chairmen of the district state administration in Kyiv, UNIAN reports.

The documents were published on the official website of the President of Ukraine. In particular, in the capital, according to order No. 115, the chairman of the Desnianska District State Administration, Dmytro Ratnikov was dismissed, by order No. 116 - the chairman of the Sviatoshynskyi District State Administration Serhii Pavlovskyi, by order No. 117 and No. 118 - Pavlo Babii and Serhii Kovalenko were released from the temporary duties of the chairmen of the Dniprovska and Podilska District State Administrations of the capital of Kyiv respectively.

As for the regions of Ukraine, Zelenskyy, by his order No. 114, dismissed the head of the Konotop District State Administration of the Sumy Region, Tetyana Syzon; order No. 119 - the chairman of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration of the Zhytomyr region Oleksandr Khomych and order No. 120 - the chairman of the Bila Tserkva Regional State Administration of the Kyiv region Lyudmila Merzlyuk.

At the same time, the President signed Decree No. 121 regarding the new appointment, according to which Ihor Koverdyag headed the Holovanivsk Regional State Administration of the Kirovohrad Region.

Earlier, on June 27, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting announced the dismissal of a number of officials in connection with the identified violations and problems in the maintenance, arrangement of shelters and storage facilities for the population. A previous inspection of the condition of the shelters showed that 77% of them are usable, but there are many that do not meet any standards.

In addition, reprimands were announced to the chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Vitali Klitschko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Serhiy Popko, the chairman of the Holosiivskyi District State Administration in Kiev Serhiy Sadovyi, chairman of the Obolonskyi District State Administration in the city of Kiev Kirill Fesik, among others.
