There is a lot of propaganda in Azerbaijan to start a new military operation against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), which is aimed at both internal and external audiences. Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the opposition "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia and a security expert, wrote about this on Facebook. He added as follows:

"What is insinuated by Azerbaijan implies carrying out certain limited operations, strikes against military facilities; it is not ruled out, also an attempt to gain control over some strategic heights.

"Azerbaijan is waiting for the peak of the crisis situation caused by the blockade of Artsakh [by Azerbaijan]. On the other hand, it wants to realistically evaluate the possible international consequences of its operations.

"Azerbaijan will take a major action in two cases, which are connected with each other.

"First, if he receives the silent consent of major international players; second, if it goes on an adventurism without taking into account the possible reaction of those same players; but in this case its consequences are not calculated.

"PS: It is pointless to discuss the factor of the nothingness called the authorities of Armenia."
