Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev received Iranian foreign minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, APA reports.

"During the conversation, the parties noted with satisfaction the growing dynamics of trade and economic relations [between the two countries] in recent times, ideas were exchanged on the prospects for the development of the North-South transport corridor, as well as the communications between the East Zangazur [(Zangezur)] Economic Region and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan along with this route," the Azerbaijani media added, in particular.
