Israeli defense minister Yoav Galant will pay a three-day visit to Azerbaijan, АPA reported, citing Israeli media.

This visit will take place between Wednesday and Friday.

Within the framework of the visit, Galant will meet with Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev, minister of defense Zakir Hasanov, and other high-ranking officials of the state security service.

“The aim of the visit is to strengthen strategic bilateral ties, tighten diplomatic coordination, and expand the defense and technological ties between the two countries,” APA added.
