Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Minister of State Gurgen Nersisyan’s father-in-law of died Sunday, ArmLur.am reported.

His health condition suddenly worsened, and since there are serious health problems in Artsakh at the moment, it became impossible to provide him with necessary medical care, and he was pronounced dead.

A nationwide movement has started at Renaissance Square in Artsakh capital Stepanakert these days, and tents have been set up at the square. Azerbaijan has closed the only road connecting Artsakh and Armenia, the Lachin corridor, for half a year already, due to which serious humanitarian problems have arisen in Artsakh.
