After the International Court of Justice (ICJ) reconfirmed its order on reopening of the Lachin corridor, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) decided that its decision of December 21, 2022 remains in force, and Azerbaijan is obliged to take all measures within its jurisdiction to ensure safe passage through the corridor. Ani Badalyan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, noted this on Twitter.

Other international actors should follow this line, Badalyan added.
