Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan's sit-in could be beneficial. This was told to reporters by the head of the Artsakh Operational Headquarters, Mikayel Virabyan, during Tuesday’s demonstration in front of the French embassy in Armenia.
He said that the situation in Artsakh is dire, and there are half-starved people, as well as patients who cannot be operated on.
"It is necessary to send a clear signal to the world about the need to recognize the rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to self-determination," Virabyan said.
"The people of Karabakh are fighting, and we are all obligated to stand with them," concluded the head of the Artsakh Operational Headquarters.
