The situation in Artsakh changes within hours and days; imagine that we may have a situation where we cannot wait for the seven days announced by the President of Artsakh to take our next steps. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Minister of State Gurgen Nersisyan stated this on the air of "Factor of Power" program of Armenian News-NEWS.am, referring to Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan's statement, according to which if there is no major change in a week, they may take extreme steps.

To the question of what extreme measures are we talking about, Nersisyan responded: "In order not to disclose our next steps prematurely, it would not be tactically correct to speak out about it, taking into account as well the situation created within the population. Even after the President made that statement, we should not sit and wait for what will happen in seven days, but continue the process of consolidation from the very first second. We should make the situation—in which the people of Artsakh live—accessible to everyone through the various actions being organized in Armenia, the [Armenian] diaspora continuously during those days. After that, we will regularly inform about our steps, and it will be clear what course the movement will take."
