The Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh has prepared another English-language video, warning about the disastrous situation in the country as a result of the illegal complete blockade by Azerbaijan.
“Due to lack of fuel and packaging materials in the republic, it is no longer possible to supply dairy products to stores. Due to the lack of public transport, people are forced to walk to the dairy factory and stand in line for hours in the heat in hopes of getting at least something for the day. Locally produced milk is not enough to provide for the entire 120,000 population of Artsakh, which is why many of those waiting in line often leave with nothing.”
