YEREVAN. – Final farewell to Vanush Khanamiryan, the legend of Armenian national dance and distinguished artist, will be held on Saturday at capital Yerevan’s Aram Khachatryan Concert Hall, and he will be laid to rest at Yerevan City Pantheon, Governmental Commission informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Vanush Khanamiryan, a distinguished personality of Armenian national dance, died at the age of 84. By the decision of PM Tigran Sargsyan, a Governmental Commission, headed by Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan, was formed in connection with Khanamiryan’s passing.
