About 20 representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited in Armenia are currently meeting with the citizens of Artsakh, who cannot return to their homes due to the blockade [by Azerbaijan]. The main part of the meeting is behind closed doors.
At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan presented the situation in the [Berdzor] Lacin Corridor and Artsakh, that 19 trucks full of humanitarian aid are waiting to enter Artsakh in Kornidzor. Then he asked the journalists to leave.
On July 28, representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited to Armenia arrived in Kornidzor. They are accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan and the Governor of Syunik Province Robert Ghukasyan.
Since the evening of July 26, 19 trucks with 400 tons of humanitarian aid have been standing in Kornidzor and waiting for a response from Russian peacekeepers and the Azerbaijani side in order to enter the Azerbaijani-]blocked Artsakh.
