Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, in a furious impulse to curry favor, assumed the functions of a prosecutor in the "case" of Artsakh citizen Vagif Khachatryan, who was kidnapped today.

“Protest by official, public/media institutions of Armenia to detention of war criminal Vagif Khachatryan, who killed 25 Azerbaijani civilians is nothing but an act of supporting and justifying war crimes at state level. He [Khachatryan] tried to use ICRC medical evacuation for human smuggling,” he wrote on Twitter.

The Azerbaijani military abducted Vagif Khachatryan, who was evacuated from Artsakh to Armenia for treatment.
