The human rights defender (ombudsperson) of Azerbaijan visited Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Vagif Khachatryan, who was recently abducted from a vehicle of the International Committee of the Red Cross and is being held in Azerbaijan.
The staff of the ombudsperson informed that the visit took place in the presence of a “physician and psychologist specialists," APA reported.
