YEREVAN.- A 17-year-old citizen of Russia wanted by Russian law enforcers was detained in Armenia’s capital on Tuesday.
The young man has been on a wanted list of the Russian investigators since February on charges of infliction of bodily harm. Russian law enforcers were informed of the arrest.
