Azerbaijani MP Hikmet Babaoglu has stood out with Armenophobic statements. In an interview with APA, this "elect person of the Azerbaijani people" has pondered over "which of the Armenians will be allowed to stay in Karabakh."

At first, this Azerbaijani lawmaker mentally "expelled" people holding Russian passports, then "those who came", and in the end he simply admitted that "the decision about who will have the right to stay and live in Karabakh will be made in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan."

According to him, "the initial conditions are that, first of all, those Armenians who have not violated the laws of Azerbaijan can have such a chance. But time is running out, and that process should be completed by the end of the year."

As for Ruben Vardanyan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Russian Armenian businessman, according to the aforesaid Azerbaijani MP, "his fate will be determined by the Azerbaijani special services in an appropriate procedure."
