The Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg, Jean Asselborn, had a telephonic conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan. This is noted in a statement on X—former Twitter—by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg.

“We discussed the worsening humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. Luxembourg calls on Azerbaijan to guarantee safety and freedom of movement along the Lachin corridor, in line with Orders by the ICJ [(International Court of Justice)] to reopen it,” the statement added.
