According to the decision of the government of Armenia, it is planned to provide an interstate loan to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), in the amount of 4 billion drams (approx. US$10.4 million), from the free funds of the 2023 state budget deficit, we learn from the list of non-reportable matters of the government of Armenia.

This amount will be allocated for additional funding aimed at alleviating social tension in Nagorno-Karabakh during the post-war period.
