The people who arrange this are those who demonstrate hatred towards the people of Artsakh. These are people who prefer to see hungry children, Russian State Duma member Vitaly Milonov told Alpha News.

“And these people prevent the passage of humanitarian convoys. They seem to declare that it's their territory, and if I remember correctly, it was some time ago. The communists gave them this territory; the Bolsheviks were always gifting something to someone... But if they say that this is their territory, why do they mock the people living on it?” Milonov said.

According to him, not a single person, not a single ruler will ever allow a humanitarian catastrophe in the territory that they consider their own.

“And here I see a selective principle because the people, historically the inhabitants of Artsakh, are Armenian-speaking people, they are Armenians, so from my perspective, they are simply orchestrating some form of a new genocide,” he stressed.
