Today, on September 2, on the Independence Day of Artsakh, a rally is taking place near the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in Yerevan, in which many politicians and public figures take part.

The protesters say they came to defend Artsakh brothers and sisters with their presence and to send a message that the Republic of Armenia is not only its current government, but also the Armenian people, who will always support Artsakh.
“Our brothers and sisters in Artsakh are fighting heroically. We must be worthy of this fight, really worthy, realizing that living a carefree life in Yerevan, visiting restaurants, attending Snoop Dogg concerts, and so on, we cannot be worthy of the struggle that our 120,000 brothers and sisters of Artsakh are waging today. We must really stand by them and prove by deed that we are all one people, one Homeland, we are fighting for a united Homeland,” Avetik Chalabyan, coordinator of the Hayaqve legislative initiative, told journalists.
