Azerbaijanis are firing at Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert for half an hour now. Artsakh MP Metakse Hakobyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

"It's war! My children are at school. They [i.e. the Azerbaijanis] are shooting for about half an hour. They are shelling. There is no connection, we can't connect. We all have lost [contact with] the children, there are no cars to pick [them] up from the school," said the lawmaker.

Earlier, former Minister of State of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan also had reported about this shooting.
