"This is a very important recording. We want everyone, without exception, to stay, live, and work in the Republic of Armenia—and this is what our policy will be.

"Every day I receive the numbers of how many people who came from Karabakh have left the Republic of Armenia. As of now, about 2,500 people have left Armenia. And I hope that they left to spend some time with their relatives there just to overcome this shock situation and to come back," said the Armenian PM.

Pashinyan said that Armenia did not want the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to be forced to leave their homes, but if this happened, they proved with action that they treat the needs of those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh with the same care as in the case of Armenian citizens.
