MOSCOW. – Russian President Dmitri Medvedev ensured that Moscow will continue assisting the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. However, both nations should strive for the agreement, Russian president said at the meeting with the youth, RIA Novosty reports.

Karabakh conflict is one of the frozen ones in Europe, which is possible to settle. Medvedev also told about his impressions on the meetings with Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents.

“The presidents are not in bad relations with each other when they sit at one table,” revealed Medvedev.

However, Russian president understands that Karabakh conflict has its difficulties, history, various jurisdiction constructions, and various interests. No matter, Russia will assist in settling the conflict, Medvedev stated and added that the settlement of the conflict depends on the kind will of both states and both presidents, if they agree to each other, move on and find compromises.
