STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan received Secretary of Armenian National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan on Friday.
Issues of internal and external politics were discussed during the meeting.
Sahakyan stressed that the consultations between the two Councils have already become a tradition, which contributes to the effective decision-making process, Karabakh president’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
