BAGHDAD. - A new Armenian Church will be constructed in Iraq’s capital Baghdad.
Baghdad’s head of municipality Sabir Al-Isavi signed the appropriate order after meeting the bishop of all Armenians in Iraq Avag Asaduryan and pastor Mesrob Gabrielyan.
Questions concerning the improvement, renovation and reconstruction of the churches and the construction of the new church were discussed.
