“The statements by Turkish side on Nagorno-Karabakh are not that crucial, but what matters is the content of the Protocols,” RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan told the journalists November 5.

According to him, presently the talks on Nagorno-Karabakh in the frames of Madrid Principles progress and the sides discuss stances on 2 provisions. “As soon as the stances on both provisions will be accorded, we will discuss the rest eight. If the latters are agreed upon as well, we will proceed with elaboration of the final solution. Thus, it is a lasting process,” the FM stated. He also underlined that the progress in talks proves they go ahead in a mutually acceptable course.
