YEREVAN. – Armenia’s first President, leader of oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with the delegation headed by vice president of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Jan Fischer on Thursday.
The delegation is in Armenia to prepare and publish 2012-2015 EBRD cooperation strategy with Armenia, ANC informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Ter-Petrosyan referred to the perspectives of Armenia’s economic development and inner and external factors hampering it. They include conflicts existing in the region as well as Armenia’s current illegitimate authorities and falsified elections, total corruption, monopoly, and the lack of pubic liberties and political balances, reports the opposition.
ANC leader also presented his viewpoint on Minsk group activity, relations with Iran and necessary steps in inner political life.
